Andrew Pitt, Director

Andrew was a partner with KPMG in Bristol for over 20 years until he retired in 2005 and established London & Bath to offer specialist private client services. For the last 10 years at KPMG he was head of Private Client services in Bristol and the South of England.

He looks after private clients, their businesses, their trusts and their charities. This includes advising clients when their businesses are sold and the proceeds are reinvested.

Andrew is a member of the Academy of Experts and has done a number of Expert Witness reports, particularly relating to the financial aspects of divorce proceedings. He contributes to Wildblood & Eaton's Financial Provision in Family Matters, published by Sweet & Maxwell, and has written for Family Law Week.

He was a panel member for the PAM Private Asset Manager Awards from 2000 to 2005 and was President of the West of England Society of Chartered Accountants in 2004/05.

After obtaining a degree in economics at Cambridge University, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1977.
